Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how TLS STUDIO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA. ("TLS Studio", "we") handles data related to the FluxPDF application ("app").

Contact: contact@tlsstudio.com.

2. FluxPDF is local-first

FluxPDF is designed to work primarily on your device. The app does not require an account, login, or a FluxPDF server to store your documents.

Your PDFs are not uploaded by TLS Studio to a FluxPDF server. They remain in the device's local storage unless you choose to share them with another app.

3. Data stored on your device

To provide its core features, the app may store locally:

This data remains under the control of your operating system and may be removed when you delete documents, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. TLS Studio cannot recover local files that have been deleted.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

When configured for a release, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, measure stability, and investigate failures. Technical and product events may include app opens, PDF opens, reading progress, paywall views, purchases, restorations, and ad impressions.

These services may also receive device, app, operating-system, technical identifier, and diagnostic information under Google's own policies. We do not send the content of your PDFs or the text of your annotations as part of these events.

5. Advertising

FluxPDF uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) on permitted surfaces such as the library and settings screens. It may also show limited interstitials and optional rewarded ads. Fullscreen reading does not receive banners.

AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, interaction data, and information needed to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Ad availability and personalization depend on device settings, region, and Google's policies.

6. Purchases and Premium access

Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases are processed by Google Play. TLS Studio does not receive or store your card details. The app receives only the information needed to start, verify, or restore a purchase and stores access status locally.

Cancellations, billing, and refunds follow Google Play's rules. See also the Terms of Use.

7. Sharing PDFs

When you use the share feature, the operating system opens its share sheet and the file may be sent to the app or service you select. From that point, the third party's policy applies. FluxPDF does not control that processing.

8. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide features you request, keep the app secure and functional, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, obtain or respect consent. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Retention and security

Local data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app. Data handled by Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, and Google Play follows the retention periods, controls, and policies of those services. We use reasonable security measures, but no device, network, or service is completely secure.

10. Your rights

Under applicable law, including Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion when available, information about sharing, and review of consent-related matters.

Send requests to contact@tlsstudio.com. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and may refer requests involving third-party services to the relevant provider.

11. Children

FluxPDF is not directed to children and does not knowingly request personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review the request.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, the services we use, or applicable law. The date at the top of this page will change when a new version is published. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
