1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the FluxPDF application, provided by TLS STUDIO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA. ("TLS Studio", "we"). By installing or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What FluxPDF provides
FluxPDF is a local PDF reader and organizer. It lets you import files, read, resume pages, favorite documents, create current annotations, and share documents through features available on your device.
There is no account or cloud synchronization in the current version. Operation may depend on your operating system, available storage, file formats, and third-party services.
3. Responsibility for files
You are responsible for PDFs you import, read, annotate, or share, including their legality and any copyright, image, or third-party rights. You must have permission to use and share the files.
Back up important documents. FluxPDF does not guarantee recovery of files that are deleted, corrupted, inaccessible, or lost because of a device, storage, operating-system, or third-party-app failure.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal and lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the app to violate laws, third-party rights, or Google Play rules;
- attempt to exploit, decompile, modify, overload, or improperly interfere with the app or its services;
- use the app to distribute unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content;
- circumvent ads, limits, purchase mechanisms, or Premium access checks.
5. Free version, ads, and rewarded ads
The free version keeps reading, the local library, and current annotations available. Banners may appear on support surfaces such as the library and settings screens. Interstitials are limited and should not interrupt reading or annotation.
Rewarded ads are optional and may unlock a temporary 30-minute ad-free window on eligible screens. Watching an ad does not create a right to a refund or permanent Premium access.
6. Premium
FluxPDF may offer monthly, annual, and lifetime options:
- monthly and annual options are subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled;
- the lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no renewal;
- price, currency, and applicable conditions are shown by Google Play before confirmation;
- cancellation must be made through Google Play and normally stops future renewals without necessarily refunding an already-paid period;
- purchase restoration depends on your store account and store availability.
Premium removes ads from the surfaces specified in the current version. Future benefits will be clearly labeled in the app. TLS Studio may correct, adjust, or withdraw an offer that has not been completed, subject to applicable law and store rules.
7. Third-party services
The app integrates services such as Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Those services have their own terms and policies. A third party's outage, change, or failure may affect purchases, ads, metrics, or diagnostics, and FluxPDF does not guarantee continuous availability.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, interface, code, text, and visual elements belong to TLS Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app on a compatible device while it is made available.
9. Availability and limitations
We work to keep FluxPDF safe and useful, but the app is provided as available. We do not guarantee that every PDF will be compatible, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that it will be available on every device or in every region.
To the extent permitted by law, TLS Studio is not responsible for indirect losses or losses resulting from files, backups, third-party services, device failures, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or a violation of these terms. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the product, services, or law. The date at the top of this page will show the latest version. Continued use after an update means you have notice of the updated terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Nothing prevents you from exercising consumer rights and other rights provided by applicable law. Questions should be sent to contact@tlsstudio.com.
